This in-depth seminar is sponsored by the Steel Joist Institute (SJI) and the Steel Deck Institute (SDI), and participation will earn you 0.75 CEUs.

Who Should Attend This Seminar?
Structural engineers and engineering managers or supervisors who are responsible for the design or qualification of building structures and structural components subjected to gravity and lateral loading as well as those responsible for auditing, reviewing or approving such designs will benefit from this course. Those with very little design experience as well as those with many years of experience will find the course beneficial.

All seminar presenters are either Steel Joist Institute staff, Steel Deck Institute staff, and/or steel joist or steel deck engineering professionals employed by a member of their respective Institute.

Continuing Education Units
Each participant will earn 0.75 CEUs or 7.5 PDHs and receive a certificate of completion from SJI.

Economical Fee:
The $325 seminar fee includes a comprehensive instructional binder, the SJI 42nd Edition Catalog (2005), and the following SDI publications: Design Manual For Composite Decks, Form Decks, and Roof Decks (2007), Roof Deck Construction Handbook (2000), Composite Deck Design Handbook (1997), and Designing with Steel Form Deck (2003) (a combined total value $125), a continental breakfast and lunch.*Discounts available for early registration.

Cancellation Policy:
